Edmonton’s own micro-brewery Alley Kat has produced a delicious seasonal brew for the Beer Crowd.  Pumpkin Pi Spiced Ale - is a deep, amber coloured ale with a smooth, creamy head.  It’s malty, pumpkiny with a distinctly nutmeg taste.  Hints of cinnamon, allspice and cloves give it a ”pumpkin pie” flavour.   It’s not bitter, mouthfeel is light to medium with a moderate amount of carbonation .   Available at Aligra Wine & Spirits in West Edmonton Mall while supplies last!
